If you choose to connect your Google Calendar:

  • We access calendar availability and event metadata as needed to schedule meetings.
  • We do not access or store event content beyond what is required for scheduling and availability management.

If meeting recording or transcription features are enabled:

  • Audio recordings
  • Transcripts
  • AI-generated summaries and recommendations

B. Information Collected Automatically

When you use the Service, we may collect:

  • IP address
  • Device type
  • Browser type
  • Usage activity
  • Log data
  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies

C. Information from Third-Party Integrations

If you connect third-party services (such as Google Calendar):

  • OAuth tokens necessary for integration
  • Calendar busy/free status
  • Selected calendar IDs

We do not sell or share your Google data. Access is limited to features you authorize.


2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

  • Create and manage your account
  • Match you with relevant networking partners
  • Schedule meetings
  • Sync availability with connected calendars
  • Generate AI-powered meeting summaries, insights, and recommendations
  • Improve our matching algorithms

We may use aggregated, anonymized data for analytics and product improvement.


3. AI and Automated Processing

MeetNext uses AI tools to:

  • Summarize recorded meetings
  • Identify action items
  • Suggest follow-ups
  • Recommend future introductions

AI-generated content is provided for convenience and may contain inaccuracies. Users are responsible for reviewing and verifying outputs before taking action.


4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information:

  • With other MeetNext users (limited to profile and meeting-related data)
  • With service providers who help us operate the platform (e.g., cloud hosting, authentication, analytics)
  • If required by law or legal process
  • In connection with a business transaction (e.g., merger or acquisition)

All service providers are required to maintain reasonable security standards.


5. Data Retention

We retain personal information:

  • For as long as your account is active
  • As necessary to provide services
  • As required by law

AI-generated summaries and insights from meetings are retained indefinitely. Transcripts and the audio recordings that produce them are retained for 30 days, after which they are deleted.

If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a commercially reasonable timeframe, except where retention is legally required.


5a. Google API Services Disclosure

MeetNext's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We:

  • Only use Google data to provide requested scheduling features.
  • Do not sell Google user data.
  • Do not use Google data for advertising purposes.
  • Do not allow humans to read user data except for support or security purposes.

6. Security

We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including:

  • Encrypted authentication systems
  • Secure cloud infrastructure
  • Role-based access controls
  • OAuth for third-party integrations

However, no system is 100% secure.


7. Your Rights and Choices

You may:

  • Access and update your account information
  • Disconnect third-party integrations
  • Request deletion of your account
  • Opt out of marketing communications
