2. Account Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials
• Use the platform for lawful business networking purposes

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Networking & Introductions

MeetNext facilitates introductions and scheduling between users. We do not:

• Guarantee meeting outcomes
• Vet or verify all user representations
• Guarantee business results

You are responsible for your independent evaluation of anyone you meet.

4. Recording & Transcriptions

MeetNext does not record meetings by default.

If you enable recording for a meeting:

• You are solely responsible for complying with all local, state, and federal recording laws.
• You are responsible for notifying other participants and obtaining consent where required.
• MeetNext is not liable for unauthorized recording or misuse.

Transcripts and AI-generated summaries are stored for product functionality. Retention periods may vary.

5. AI-Generated Content

MeetNext may use artificial intelligence tools to:

• Summarize meetings
• Suggest follow-ups
• Recommend introductions

AI outputs may contain inaccuracies and are provided for informational purposes only.

6. Third-Party Integrations

If you connect services such as Google Calendar:

• You authorize MeetNext to access necessary data to provide scheduling features.
• We do not sell Google user data.
• Data use complies with Google API Services User Data Policy.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Harass other users
• Use the platform for spam or mass solicitation
• Upload unlawful or infringing content
• Reverse engineer the Service

We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating these Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MeetNext is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Lost profits or business opportunities
• User conduct or meeting outcomes

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.

11. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
